The fastest way to delete your account is directly through the Islam Explorer mobile application. This process is instant and secure.
Launch the Islam Explorer app on your device, Login from your existing account and navigate to the Profile menu tab.
Select 'Delete Account'. You will be prompted to confirm your password to finalize the permanent deletion of your profile.
Alternative: Online Deletion Request
If you no longer have access to the mobile app, please submit the request form below. For security, our team will process your request after verifying your email ownership.
What happens to your data?
Permanently Deleted: All personal information (name, email), learning progress, personalized bookmarks, notes, and account activity history will be erased from our active databases.
Retained for Compliance: As required by international financial and auditing standards, record of monetary transactions and payment logs are maintained securely for a mandatory regulatory retention period.
